Our journey started with a dream of offering the authentic taste of Spain at the best quality in our local town Bridgend.
Our intention is to create a modern restaurant dining experience where every morsel, every sip, every moment stimulates the senses & takes you to the beauty & charm of Spain itself!
Our resident chefs have dedicated the menu to a range of delicious dishes that brings the famous Spanish cuisine to the heart of Wales.

Chef Noel & his team have a wealth of experience in Spanish & Mediterranean cuisine. Each dish is prepared fresh for you to enjoy on an individual basis ensuring all palates are catered for.

Carly MantellJust been to have our set lunch we had the leek soup a seafood paella and a chocolate mousse. It was all absolute gorgeous from start to finish ! Well impressed . Congratulate the chef on the most delicious homemade mousse I’ve ever tasted ! Wow just wow !

Caryl WilliamsWent there for a pre birthday meal we had the potato and leek soup delicious is not strong enough word , Then we had a sea food paella definitely a little touch of Spain it’s just like I have when in Spain delicious and then the to die for chocolate moose you need to try all these dishes as my description does not do them justice plus the waiter Corey was very good and helpful all the staff are polite and courteous anyway it’s worth a visit go along and enjoy the great food

Montsina Esteba (Montsina)I can only describe this restaurant as exceptional. On arrival and throughout our meal the service was attentive and we never felt rushed. The time between each course was perfect also. The starters, mains and deserts were presented to a very high standard with generous portions and tasted delicious. The deserts, individual ingredients are created by the chef and this shows in the taste. I would highly recommend this restaurant to family and friends.

Lenneber Insigne1st time visit. I can say that this the best Spanish food I had for a while. Food and atmosphere is amazing. I ordered ribeye steak and suprised how big the portion is. Paella Negra is a must highly recommend it but don’t take photo and smile after you had it 😂. Shrimp Gambas is my favourite too. I really enjoyed the all the food we’ve had and the service was a top notch too.

Jayne BissmireMy partner rarely gets an evening off, and we’ve been twice this week, and it’s honestly so worth spending rare quality time together at. We couldn’t fault the personable approach of the waiting staff, a small but appropriate amount of banter, brilliant cocktails, and just perfect food. Must have : The Croquettes (with the jam)!! And they do know how to make an espresso martini (other cocktails are available)
